JvExplorerTree

public JvExplorerTree(JvExplorerModel model)

Construct a new JvExplorerTree component.

Parameters:

model - the JvExplorerModel to use as the data model

Method Detail

setActiveNode

protected void setActiveNode(JvExplorerNode activeNode)

Set the active node in this tree component. This method is not intended to be called by anything other than JvExplorer.

Parameters:

activeNode - the new active node

setActiveObject

protected void setActiveObject(Object activeObject)

Set the active object in this tree component. If the active object is not a TreeNode, clear the tree selection. If the active object is a TreeNode, assume that it's the same as the active node so no changes are necessary.

Parameters:

activeObject - the new active object

checkPopupTrigger

protected void checkPopupTrigger(MouseEvent e)

Method called when a mousePressed or mouseReleased event occurs. Currently a no-op, subclasses should override this to provide popup menus.

Parameters:

e - the MouseEvent

createMouseListener

protected MouseListener createMouseListener()

Create a MouseListener for listening to mouse events within the JvExplorerTree.

Returns:

the created MouseListener
