public class JvExplorerNodeTreeCellRenderer
extends JvTreeCellRenderer

A TreeCellRender specialized for displaying JvExplorerNodes. This renderer will display the node's icon if it has own otherwise the standard icons are displayed. Subclasses should be created to extract the node name without resorting to toString. The method to override is setText(JvExplorerNode).

getTreeCellRendererComponent

public Component getTreeCellRendererComponent(JTree tree,

Configures the renderer based on the passed in components. The value is set from messaging the tree with convertValueToText, which ultimately invokes toString on value. The foreground color is set based on the selection and the icon is set based on on leaf and expanded.
